Principal's Message

Dear Blue Lake Family,

Blue Lake Elementary has been serving the Deland community for many years.  We offer various educational programs to meet the needs of today's diverse learners.  The teachers at Blue Lake maintain high expectations and provide rigorous instruction of the Florida Standards to all students.  We believe that by working together as a Blue Lake community (students, parents, staff, faculty, and community members) we ensure the success of all students.  If you are interested in being a part of such a vibrant school, you are welcome to join our Parent Teacher Association (PTA), School Advisory Council (SAC), or volunteer based on your availability.   We strongly encourage you to become an active part.  I am proud to be a Dolphin!
